Constantly crashes, have to uninstall and reinstall all the time.

Find the app easy to use and navigate, facial recognition would be useful as can't use fingerprint whilst wearing PPE gloves.
i use this for work, agency my shifts keep being deleted and my agency acts like im not using the app on purpose or something.
